Blogs…Are they the new website?

I just got done listening to a video sent to us by RE/MAX North Central.  Its focus was blogging and how blogging is the new revolution of social media.  Blogging is designed to obtain customers.  It really is the revolution of social media. I believe that especially among the Gen X and Gen Y people, that  along with Facebook and MySpace, blogging can be interactive and informative.  It sort of “bridges the gap” between newsletters that are sent out monthly.

Email is designed to retain customers.  Newletter subscriptions are increasingly popular and these are received per email at the readers option.  They can opt out of receiving these if they choose. These newsletters are both informative and nourish the readers mind.  But a lot happens between the newsletters monthly appearance. Daily developments happen in the real estate market.  That is why RE/MAX Central suggests blogging as the tool to bridge the gap between monthly newsletters.  Blogging, especially if there are multiple participants, is sort of like having an informal discussion about various topics.  Regular postings make your website a valuable resource.

All of our team members here at The Dale Marciniak Team are committed to making Homesbydale.com a valuable website in which you can obtain information on homes for sale along with information on different communities (such as Franklin, New Berlin, muskego, Milwaukee, etc).  Blogging is taking place and will continue in both their frequency and usefulness. This is a promise to you.
