Kevin and I will be leaving Milwaukee this Sunday for Orlando to attend the RE/MAX National Convention.
Besides a vast selection of educational topics we have to choose from, the emphasis will be on short sales and foreclosure remedies. Granted, we are not Nevada, Arizona, Florida or Michigan, but the Milwaukee area has its share of short sales and foreclosures that push prices downward. Even Franklin, where we are the #1 broker, has its share of short sales and foreclosures.
Kevin and I both have obtained the CDPE designation, which stands for Certified Distressed Property Expert. We have learned that this whole topic is in the state of constant change as to how banks are accepting the short sales notion. So off we go to stay current with all the changes taking place to fix our broken housing market…see you in a week!
