We are going to be trying some open houses during the week. This is an idea that we got from a comment that an agent shared with us at our last all-company meeting. The past few months our Sunday open houses have not been very successful. People are not going through our opens. I am not sure if it is the market as a whole or if it is because the weather has been nicer and families are so busy nowadays.
We will be advertising the weekday open houses on our different websites and by placing enough open house signs on the streets near the house. Each of us will be doing an open house tonight and Kevin will be trying another one on Thursday night. Hopefully we will have success with these weekday open houses! So watch for open house signs on your way home from work! Maybe we’ll see you! I let you know in my next blog if these opens are working.
